Ocean Export Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ocean Export Specialist to join our team at WR Logistics. As an Ocean Export Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the ocean export process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

About You
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong attention to detail. You will be responsible for coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication and collaboration. Additionally, you will be required to develop and maintain relationships with shipping lines and freight forwarders.

Responsibilities:
  • • Coordinate ocean export process, including customs clearance, documentation, and logistics
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
    • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including shipping lines and freight forwarders
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws

Benefits:
You will receive a competitive salary of £26,000 - £29,000 depending on experience, 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, and a hybrid working arrangement with 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office.
