Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct inspections to meet our regulatory targets and ensure compliance with the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999.
  • Audit approved plumbers and monitor their competency and customer care.
  • Audit RPZ valve installations and ensure they meet regulatory standards.
  • Participate in high-risk/high-profile investigations, such as water quality contamination cases.
  • Support notifications related to plumbing alterations under Regulation 5 of the Water Fittings Regulations.
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Competent in using company IT systems and office software.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and internal processes.
  • City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent in the enforcement of the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations.
  • Relevant industry experience and understanding of the business.

  • Salary from £29,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
