Job Overview:
Igloo is looking for a highly skilled Smart Device Specialist to join our team in Huddersfield. This is a permanent position offering an OTE of £35,000-£40,000 p/a. As a Smart Device Specialist, you will work on behalf of an established business with the largest network of accredited Smart Repair Technicians in the country.

Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will include delivering a high standard of customer service, explaining the repair process to clients, following health and safety measures, and providing aftercare and insurance material. You will also perform alloy wheel refurbishment, diamond cut repairs, and other tasks as required.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have knowledge and experience of smart repair roles, a good understanding of all Smart repair processes, and excellent communication and time management skills. A category B driving licence with no more than 6 points is also required. ATA or IMI accreditation is desirable but not essential.
