Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
- Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields.
- CSCS card and SMSTS certificate preferred.
Compensation: A competitive salary, ranging from £65,000 to £85,000 annually, plus additional benefits such as pension scheme, healthcare benefits, career growth opportunities, and a collaborative work environment.
