Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team at King & Chasemore Estate Agency in Hove.

About the Role

As a Trainee Mortgage and Protection Advisor, you will be responsible for building relationships with our Estate Agency teams to provide training and support. You will also be expected to attract new customers and business, while being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building relationships with Estate Agency teams to provide training and support
  • Attracting new customers and business in a target-driven environment
  • Providing advice on a range of products and services to meet customer needs
  • Participating in regular branch meetings to discuss best practice and build lasting relationships
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a CeMap or industry equivalent qualification. You should also be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment and possess outstanding customer care and customer service experience. Additionally, you should be resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. IT literacy, including MS Office, internet, and email systems, is also essential. A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle are also required.
