We are seeking an experienced and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team in a new nursery setting at an Outstanding School in Harrow. This is a long-term opportunity for the right candidate to make a lasting impact on the lives of young children.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent support and teaching to our pupils in the Nursery setting. As a key worker, you will work effectively with children, helping them to develop and learn. You will also build and maintain excellent relationships with parents, ensuring that they feel valued and supported throughout their child's journey with us.
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to be part of an outstanding academy and contribute to the development of a new nursery provision. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our pupils. Your expertise and experience will help us create a nurturing environment where children can thrive and reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Work effectively with children, helping them to develop and learn
- Be a key worker to identified group of pupils
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with parents
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience of working effectively in a high-quality nursery setting, ideally including 2 year old provision
- The relevant Early Years Qualification, Level 3 or above
- Excellent initiative, problem-solving and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for education and making a difference to the lives of children
- Drive and motivation with a 'make it happen' attitude
- Kind and clear communication with families and staff
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £85-£100 per day, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including enhanced clearance through the Disclosure and Barring Service and opportunities for professional development and growth.
