Automotive Repair Specialist

We are looking for a skilled MET Technician who is passionate about delivering exceptional vehicle repair work. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and contribute to our success.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, with experience in stripping and refitting vehicles, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible working hours, industry-leading bonuses, and dedicated manufacturer training.
Job Responsibilities- Stripping and fitting components, bodywork, and trim elements.
- Carrying out fault-finding and diagnostics.
- Performing road testing (if applicable).
- Dismantling and reassembling damaged vehicles in accordance with the prescribed repair method.
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in mechanical repairs.
- Experience in stripping, refitting vehicles.
- Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced Bodyshop.
- Sound knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.
- Strong time management and organisational skills.
