Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Crime Professional to join our team in Edinburgh. As Head of Anti-Financial Crime, you will be responsible for leading our AFC function and ensuring compliance with UK and international regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement AFC policies and procedures to mitigate financial crime risk
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective risk management and compliance
  • Conduct investigations into suspicious activity and make recommendations for further action
  • Lead a team of AFC Subject Matter Experts to establish an effective and credible team
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of AFC rules and regulations across the UK and multiple jurisdictions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Experience of working in the investment management/financial services sector
