We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Engineer to join our team at a leading manufacturing company in the FMCG industry. As a Multi Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a range of equipment and machinery across the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and machinery.
- Conduct troubleshooting and fault-finding to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure effective maintenance planning and execution.
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with production and quality objectives.
Requirements:
- Time-served engineer with electrical and mechanical qualifications.
- Experience working with maintenance planning systems and CMMS.
- Strong understanding of H&S and IOSH qualifications desirable.
- Excellent computer and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer:
