Job Title: General Teaching Assistant in Primary Settings

Location: Flexible, with a focus on providing support in primary schools across the area.

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to provide general support in primary settings. As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support pupils with their education, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support class teachers with planning, preparation, and delivery of lessons.
  • Provide one-to-one support and small group instruction to pupils who require additional help.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing materials and resources.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with pupils, teachers, and parents.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children in an educational setting or club.
  • A Level 2/3 Qualification in Education is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
