About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join our Pre-Assessment team at New Hall Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our Pre-Assessment service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing pre-assessment procedures
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet individual patient needs
  • Contribute to the development of our Pre-Assessment service, including identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure they receive the necessary support and guidance
Requirements
  • Current NMC registration
  • Previous experience working within an outpatients department
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
  • Flexible and positive attitude
  • A warm, considerate, and empathetic character
