About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Conference & Events Coordinator to join our team at Shepherd Neame. As an ambassador for our brand, you will be responsible for designing and planning events that exceed our guests' expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate events, conferences, and banquets with attention to detail and exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with our hospitality team to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to promote events and increase brand awareness.
