Responsibilities:
- Assist the Meat Manager in maintaining an adequate inventory level for meat products and supplies.
- Enforce established programs that comply with city codes, health regulations, weights, and measure regulations, and ensure standards are met in all departments.
- Cut, bone, make chorizo, and grind meat as required.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Two years of previous experience cutting meat, including using hand tools and power equipment.
