We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our team at Quickfire Digital, a leading Shopify Plus agency. As a Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for building websites on Shopify and Shopify Plus platforms, assisting the development team with software design and coding, and contributing to company development meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining high-quality frontend code for Shopify and Shopify Plus websites
  • Collaborating with the development team to design and implement software solutions
  • Attending and contributing to company development meetings to discuss project progress and ideas
  • Learning and improving coding skills to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
  • Writing and maintaining code documentation to ensure clarity and understanding
  • Working on bug fixes and resolving issues to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Providing estimations and project milestone updates to the head of development and project management team

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of front-end coding languages including CSS, HTML, JavaScript
  • Knowledge and experience with Vue JS or React are highly desirable
  • Shopify Liquid Experience would be great, but we can teach a competent front-end developer
  • Experience working on agency projects, clearing backlog, and managing projects to completion
