Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Solution Architect to join our team at Stott and May. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing SAP SF solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Comprehensive Finance Transformation Strategies: Utilize your expertise in SAP S/4 HANA Public Cloud edition to create tailored finance transformation strategies that drive business growth and efficiency.
- Design Integrated SAP SF Solutions: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement integrated SAP SF solutions that seamlessly integrate with other systems and modules within and outside the suite.
- Ensure Solution Adherence to Performance, Security, and Compliance Standards: Ensure that all solutions meet the highest standards of performance, security, and compliance, aligning with industry best practices.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their business processes, requirements, and challenges, providing expert guidance and support.
- Advise on Finance Best Practices: Share your expertise to advise clients on finance best practices and customization of the SAP SF module to fit their unique needs.
- Translate Business Requirements into System Requirements: Translate business requirements into detailed system requirements and design specifications, ensuring seamless implementation.
- Lead Implementation Lifecycle: Oversee the implementation lifecycle from planning and design to configuration, testing, and deployment of the Finance module.
- Configure and Troubleshoot: Configure the system according to specifications and ensure functionality during testing phases, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Ensure Data Accuracy and Integrity: Ensure data accuracy and integrity during migration processes, developing strategies for decommissioning legacy systems and archiving data.
- Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Lead cross-functional teams including consultants, analysts, and developers, developing project plans and timelines, monitoring progress, and adjusting resources to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Develop Change Management Strategies: Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure user adoption and minimize resistance, creating training materials and conducting workshops or training sessions for end-users.
- Collaborate with SAP and Third-Party Vendors: Collaborate with SAP and other third-party vendors to ensure alignment with product roadmaps and obtain support as needed, establishing and maintaining relationships with implementation partners and service providers.
