Estate Sales Professional

We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Valuer/Lister to join our residential sales team in Bolton, part of the well-established Connells Group.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for securing listings, acquiring new instructions for properties, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Secure listings and acquire new instructions for properties
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Optimize opportunities to schedule appointments with our Mortgage Advisor
The successful candidate will have a strong background in Lister, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, or Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator roles, looking to progress their career. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems.

Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
