CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator (Turning) Job Opportunity

Our client, a leading manufacturer based in Egham, is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator (Turning) to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program and set up CNC 2 & 3 axis lathes with live tooling online via Fanuc controls.
  • Produce high-quality aerospace components through efficient manufacturing processes.
  • Develop and maintain machine set-up documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate with production management to resolve technical issues and improve production efficiency.
  • Work closely with Engineering and Quality departments to ensure compliance with company procedures and quality standards.
  • Maintain a safe and organized working environment, adhering to Health and Safety procedures.
Requirements:
  • English, Maths & Science GCSE (or equivalent) at grade C or above.
  • Experience in CNC programming, setting, and operating 2 axis and multi-axis lathes.
  • Strong computer literacy and methodical approach to work.
Desirable Qualifications:
  • Aerospace industry experience.
  • Engineering Apprenticeship.
