Job Description

Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Test Automation Expert to join our team at LA International. As an Agile Testing Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement automated testing frameworks to support Agile development methodologies
  2. Develop and execute manual testing plans to ensure comprehensive coverage of software functionality
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing requirements
  4. Provide day-to-day support to Programme and Project Managers to deliver testing objectives
  5. Contribute to the development of testing strategies and processes to improve software quality

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in test automation using industry-standard tools and technologies
  2. Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and testing principles
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  5. ISTQB certification or equivalent experience

Desirable Skills:

  1. Experience with configuration management and version control systems
  2. Knowledge of software development life cycles and testing methodologies
  3. Ability to travel to customer sites for site acceptance tests and deployments
