Job Title: National Account Manager - Spirits Category Expert
About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to drive the growth of our craft spirits portfolio across the UK's leading retailers. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing national retail strategies to meet our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain relationships with key retailers, including the 'Big 4' grocers and luxury independent retailers.
- Develop and execute national retail strategies to drive distribution, visibility, and sales of our craft spirits portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver liquid, brand, and category training to retailers and their staff.
- Identify and capitalize on future opportunities within your account base to drive business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing key retailer relationships and delivering business growth.
- Strong commercial acumen and numeracy skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retailers and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the UK spirits market, with a focus on the craft spirits category.
