About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible Food Service Assistant to join our team at Loch & Larder, Eastgate Shopping Centre, Inverness. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Light cooking and food preparation
  • Making hot and cold drinks to specification
  • Operating the till and cash handling
  • Assisting with monthly stock take and inventory management
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • General cleaning and maintenance of the food service area
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is desirable but not essential
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
