Hays Technology is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager for a 6-month contract based in West Yorkshire. This esteemed institution is known for its dedication to excellence and innovation, implementing SAP S/4 HANA across their estate, including the SuccessFactors module.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in SAP SuccessFactors to lead HR/people & change projects as part of the SuccessFactors module implementation. A Technical SuccessFactors PM is already in situ, so this role will focus on people & change management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, excellent project management skills, and effective communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage HR technology projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, Human Resources Management).
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
  • Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
  • Experience in managing HR-related projects and initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
