About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our Children's Residential team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our young people, while also contributing to the development and implementation of our care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support to our young people.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our young people.
  • Work closely with our clinical team to ensure that our young people receive the best possible care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a residential care setting.
  • Qualifications in childcare or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
