Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks to ensure accurate inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Assembly and Packaging: Assist with small assembly builds and packaging of products, following established procedures and guidelines.
  • Delivery and Logistics: Occasionally carry out deliveries to customer sites, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Trade Counter Support: Assist at the trade counter during busy periods, providing excellent customer service and resolving any queries or issues.
  • Loading and Unloading: Load and unload various products from vehicles, ensuring safe and secure handling of goods.
  • Booking and Processing: Book goods in using company software and occasionally process sales and purchase orders.

Requirements:

  • Initiative and Problem-Solving: Show and use own initiative to resolve problems and improve processes.
  • Process Adherence: Follow established processes and guidance provided by management.
  • Time Management: Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Driving License: Hold a valid UK driving license.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Forklift License: Forklift license advantageous but not essential.
