Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor

Location: South East Region

Salary: £28K - £40K DOE + Overtime rates

Hours: Full time 42.5 hours per week + 1 in 4 weekends (Paid at Overtime rates)

At Environmental Essentials, we are seeking a skilled Asbestos Surveyor to join our team in the South East Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality asbestos survey data and reports to our clients.

The Job Role

  • To conduct thorough asbestos surveys and inspections, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
  • To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of survey data, sampling information, and site plans.
  • To represent the company professionally and uphold our standards when working on site, at client meetings, or in the office.
  • To work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • To stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in asbestos surveying.

About You

  • Strong knowledge of asbestos surveying principles, methods, and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and reliability in meeting deadlines and working hours.
  • IT literacy and proficiency in using various reporting formats.
