Job Summary:

Ethero is seeking a skilled Screen Print Operator to join our team. As a Screen Print Operator, you will be responsible for the maintenance and operation of our printing machines, ensuring high-quality prints and efficient production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and clean printing machines to ensure optimal performance
  • Conduct quality checks on printed products to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Perform test prints to troubleshoot and resolve print issues
  • Load and unload materials into printing machines, ensuring accurate and efficient production
  • Identify and resolve print issues, collaborating with the production team to minimize downtime

Requirements:
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • Good time management skills and flexibility to adapt to changing production schedules
  • Ability to work on own initiative and take ownership of tasks and projects

Working Conditions:
  • Monday - Thursday: 07:30 AM - 17:00 PM
  • Friday: 08:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Pay Rate: £11.50 per hour
