About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Band 6 Specialist Physiotherapist to join our team at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust. As a Specialist Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our physiotherapy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with complex physical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, physical abilities, and goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of our physiotherapy services, including service improvement initiatives and quality assurance activities.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and students, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
Person Specification
We are looking for a candidate with:
BSc Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) registration for the profession.Substantial postgraduate experience at a Band 6 level or equivalent, including within a specialist area.Experience of group work, junior staff and student supervision, and clinical education.Ability to manage own clinical caseload and lead a team.Highly effective communication skills and positive attitude.What We Offer
