Job Title: Home Care Assistant

About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Care Assistant to join our team at Care Outlook Ltd. As a Home Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to vulnerable individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist clients with personal care, including washing, toileting, and dressing
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Observe, monitor, and record client progress

Requirements:

- Happy to travel around in the local community
- Caring, reliable, patient, and compassionate
- Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes
- Happy to work mornings and evenings
- Working every other weekend
- Authorised to work in the UK

Benefits:

- Rates of pay from £13.50 per hour
- Enhanced pay for Bank Holidays
- Mileage paid at 40p per mile

Shifts Available:

- 07:00am – 15:00pm
- 14:00pm – 22:00pm
- Alternate Saturdays and Sundays required

Requirements:

- Must be able to work mornings, evenings, and every other Saturday and Sunday
- As this role is in the community, you must have a willingness to walk, travel by public transport where required to get to your clients
