Head of Marketing Opportunity at Blu Digital

We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to join our growing team at Blu Digital, a UK-based Ecommerce brand. As a key member of our leadership team, you will report directly to the CMO and have the opportunity to scale the team as the business grows.

Your primary focus will be on developing and executing customer acquisition strategies across both digital and offline channels, with a focus on attracting high-quality, new customers. You will manage the budget to ensure smart investment and effective spending, while also nurturing relationships with existing brand and affiliate partners to drive repeat business.

As the business expands, you will help scale acquisition efforts into new geographies. You will work closely with the wider marketing team to optimise site traffic and improve conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:
