About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Chartered Building Surveyor to advance their career in project management, contract administration, and building survey. Responsibilities include:
  • Pre-acquisition building surveys
  • Preparation and negotiation of the schedule of dilapidations
  • Preparation of schedules of works
  • Contract Administration
  • Assessment of rebuild cost for insurance purposes
  • Planned maintenance programmes

Requirements
To be successful, candidates must possess:
  • MRICS status
  • Proven experience as a Building Surveyor, preferably within a private consultancy
  • Strong knowledge of building regulations and construction processes
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
