We are seeking an experienced Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team at Get Staff. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a crucial role in the assembly of electrical wiring and plumbing systems in control panels, as well as the assembly of a range of mechanical and electrical equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble electrical wiring and plumbing systems in control panels
- Assemble a range of mechanical and electrical equipment
- Conduct quality inspections and testing of all equipment post-production
- Work closely with the project coordinating team to deliver the production schedule and advise on timescales
- Load and offload delivery vehicles either by hand or using a forklift
- Assist with stock taking when necessary
- Maintain up-to-date, accurate records on the CRM
- Experience in an electrical engineering/manufacturing environment
- Forklift Truck License
- Computer literate with a knowledge of Microsoft Packages
- Knowledge of manufacturing, production, electrical, mechanical, engineering, machining, water systems, filtration, pumps, PCB, control systems, lean manufacturing, six sigma, OEM, ODM, EMS, quality control, quality inspection, ISO 9001, and health and safety
