We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CDM Coordinator/Advisor to join our team at Marston Holdings. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects are delivered safely and in compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Principal Designer/Principal Contractor in fulfilling their duties under CDM 2015 regulations.
  • Collaborate with design teams to identify, eliminate, or control significant and foreseeable risks related to construction and future maintenance of structures.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to gather pre-construction information, assess its adequacy, and provide advice on how to fill gaps.
  • Support multiple projects for key clients, particularly in highways, structures, landscape, and urban design.
  • Attend design meetings and client meetings to provide advice and support on construction health and safety.
  • Provide clear, concise, and practical health and safety advice, guidance, and coaching to project teams throughout all stages of the project.
  • Assist in compiling and developing training materials and other management tools.
  • Support the preparation of fee proposals with project managers and discipline leads.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH or other recognized health and safety qualification.
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in health and safety within construction and civil engineering.
  • Good understanding of health and safety, including CDM responsibilities.
  • Experience or knowledge of highways, landscape, flood, and water management, and urban design structures would be ideal.
  • In-depth understanding of the Construction, Design and Management Regulations 2015.
What We Offer:
  • Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 DOE.
  • Contract: Permanent.
  • Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, hybrid working with 2-3 visits a week to your local office in London.
