Senior Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for Ski Solutions and Cycling for Softies. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the annual marketing plan, managing a team of five, and driving campaigns across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the annual marketing plan, aligning with business objectives
- Lead a team of five across both brands, driving campaigns across multi-channel marketing
- Work with the Marketing Director and Digital Manager to define and execute strategies across SEO and PPC to drive website traffic and generate new leads
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring all activity is delivered within budget
- Monitor, review, and report on all marketing activities
