Job Title: Cleaning Operative

Location: Our client facilities in and around the building

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate

Role Overview and Purpose

As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services to our client facilities. Your tasks will include cleaning floors, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and spot cleaning glass doors and windows. You will also be responsible for cleaning stainless-steel fixtures and barriers, as well as dry mopping black marble pillars.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize lifts, wipe down external and internal stainless-steel on lift doors and frames, and remove smudges from mirrors.

• Clean restrooms, showers, and empty trash, clean and sanitize fixtures, and clean mirrors and shower cubicle partition doors and walls.

• Set up, stock, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies.

• Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization of assigned areas.

• Assist team leaders and supervisors as needed to ensure optimal service to clients.

Required Skills and Experience

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to use initiative to identify and prioritize tasks.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
