Manufacturing Technology Developer

We are seeking a seasoned Process Technologist / Senior Process Technologist to join our team in Cornwall. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for innovation and improvement in food manufacturing. As the successful candidate, you will play a vital role in supporting the NPD Manager on trials, capturing key metrics, and ensuring seamless integration into the factory.
Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the NPD Manager to develop and implement new processes and procedures
* Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance productivity and efficiency
* Develop and maintain accurate records and documentation to support business operations
* Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues on process-related matters
Requirements:
* 3+ years' experience in a similar role within food manufacturing
* Strong technical knowledge and understanding of process technologies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Bachelor's degree in a science-based subject preferred
