Job Overview

This role serves as a vital link between our field operations and office teams, ensuring seamless communication and effective implementation of best practices. As a Field Care Supervisor, you will be responsible for facilitating information exchange, implementing policies, and ensuring that our service users receive exceptional care experiences.

Responsibilities
  • To complete personalised care plans and risk assessments within 48 hours of receiving care packages prior to commencement of care services.
  • To manage care worker changeovers, briefings, and arrange home visits, including evaluation, monitoring, and review of care worker performance.
  • To promote efficient time management among care workers and troubleshoot emergency care call cover when required by the branch.
  • To ensure all care workers have completed mandatory training annually and report any non-compliance to the Recruitment & Retention Officer or Branch Manager.
  • To participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • To adhere to CQC regulations, Eleanor Policies & Procedures, and rules of confidentiality at all times.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license with own vehicle.
  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Remuneration and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £23,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

Working Hours and Location

This full-time position requires working Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional weekends. Our offices are located at 157 Uxbridge Road, Hanwell, London, W7 3SR.
