About the Role

As a Regional Clinical Partner at Farla Medical Healthcare Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through a clinically-focused approach. Reporting directly to the Business Development Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective business planning and account management strategies that align with the company's goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Business Development Director to develop and implement business plans that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with key Health and Social Care stakeholders to boost Farla Medical Healthcare's revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute clinical market access tools and support systems to provide valuable field insights to the wound care business unit and Head Office.
  • Play a key role in the account planning process, creating the optimal environment for positive adoption and implementation of formularies and guidelines.
  • Identify and capitalize on business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the company's market presence.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with a degree-level qualification and Tissue Viability experience.
  • Excellent clinical skills (Tissue Viability Qualification).
  • Strategic thinking in relation to commercial offerings.
  • Strong presentation and planning skills.
  • Ability to build trust and command respect.
  • A highly ethical approach to business.
  • Proven ability to deliver and drive results (clinical and revenue-focused).
