This is an exciting opportunity to join our theatre team as a skilled healthcare professional. As an Anaesthetic ODP/RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for assessing patient care needs, developing programmes of care, and implementing and evaluating these programmes to ensure the delivery of exceptional care.
Working within our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the safe and efficient running of theatres. Your experience in operating department practice and/or registered nursing will enable you to work effectively with colleagues to deliver outstanding patient care.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in anaesthetics and perioperative care. We offer a supportive and collaborative environment where you can grow and thrive.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate excellent time management skills, ability to work using own initiative, and effective listening and communication skills. You will also be expected to maintain accurate records and adhere to NHS policies and procedures.
We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £43,041 per annum, dependent on experience. In addition, you will receive a range of benefits, including annual leave, public holidays, and membership of the NHS Pension Scheme.
