Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Data Assistant to support our Commercial Operations Manager in maintaining our CRM (HubSpot) and championing its use among our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and effective communication of sales data, collaborating across departments to drive sales and account management success, and providing administrative support to the Commercial Manager and Director.

  • Support the Commercial Ops Manager in maintaining our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Champion the use of CRM to the sales team, ensuring processes are adopted and adhered to
  • Work with the Commercial Ops Manager to ensure all sales data is accurate and communicated effectively
  • Cross departmental collaboration to ensure that the Sales and Account Management team can be successful in their role
  • Provide administrative support to the Commercial Manager, and Commercial Director
Requirements and Qualifications

  • Commercially minded with data expertise
  • Experience in sales, or sales operations highly desirable
  • Excellent English level is a must
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
