Job Description:As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality personal care and support to clients, following established care plans and risk assessments.
You will also assist with medication administration, maintain accurate records, and effectively communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities:- Client Care: Provide personal care and support to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Care Planning: Follow established care plans and risk assessments to deliver tailored support.
- Medication Administration: Assist with medication administration as per client requirements.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client progress and care provided.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Experience: 6 months of previous paid experience working as a carer or support worker in the UK.
- Commitment: Ability to commit to at least 24 hours of work per week.
- Vehicle Access: Essential to have access to your own vehicle for this role.
- Shift Flexibility: Choice of day, night, and weekend shifts available.
