About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Planner to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As an Assistant Planner, you will play a crucial role in supporting the project managers in the production of construction and target programmes, ensuring that the contract period and delivery forecasts are not disrupted.

Key Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain the Build Schedules and Trackers on a weekly basis and provide narrative highlighting risks against the delivery requirements of each block/core.
  • Liaise and assist the project managers in the production of the construction and target programmes.
  • Provide progress droplines to the client.
  • Assist in the creation of Exit Strategies to the Client prior to Handover.
  • Ensure that all revised programmes are promptly issued to the relevant departments/personnel in the company format.
  • Assist in the creation of site logistic drawings in line with the evolving build environment.
  • Attend all project meetings as required.
  • Manage multiple sites.

Requirements

  • Experience of housing projects.
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) skills.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
  • Proactive and organised.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-moving organisation.
