Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify the needs of children, young people, and families.
- Develop and implement personalized plans to address these needs and promote positive outcomes.
- Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and achieve shared goals.
Requirements
- A degree in Social Work or a related field.
- Significant experience working with children, young people, and families in a similar capacity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Salary and Benefits
You can expect a competitive salary of up to £47,754 per annum, depending on your experience, plus an Essential Car User Allowance.
