We are seeking an innovative and experienced Data Analytics Manager to join our rapidly growing Clara Analytics and Technology team at KPMG-UnitedKingdom. As a key member of our team, you will lead the delivery of data analytics and technology solutions on complex external Financial Services Audit engagements.
About the RoleYou will be responsible for working with entities to retrieve, prepare, and process data from various sources, bringing to life analytics and technology solutions to solve complex problems, and reporting to managers on a small portfolio of projects. Additionally, you will support managers by in-charging diverse teams, including budgeting and scoping, and perform first-level QA procedures on data analytics outputs to meet KPMG's rigorous quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage data analytics projects and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Develop and implement data analytics and technology solutions to drive business insights and improve audit quality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the team is equipped with the latest skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Clara team by mentoring and coaching junior team members.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in managing data analytics projects and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in low-code analytics tools, such as Alteryx, and experience with visualisation packages like PowerBI, Celonis, or Tableau.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate and present to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A Big 4 professional services environment (or similar skills gained in industry) experience.
- ACA/ACCA/ICAS qualification (or international equivalent) or trainee.
