Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Rotational Physiotherapist, working as part of integrated specialty teams on a rotational basis delivering 7 day services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide physiotherapy to patients, working as part of Physiotherapy Specialty teams on a rotational basis.
  • Ensure that patients receive high quality therapy care.
  • Work in Critical Care, Surgical, Orthopaedics, Front Door (A&E and Short Stay), Sheppey Frailty Unit, Paeds and Pelvic Health.
  • Be a competent member of the on call rota.
Requirements:
  • Diploma/degree in Physiotherapy.
  • Current Health Professions Council registration.
  • Membership of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.
  • Understanding of the balance of professional development needs with service needs.
  • Understanding of Clinical Governance and managing risk in your own work.
Working Arrangements:

This post involves weekend working and may involve extended hour patterns of work.

This post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (Exceptions Order) 1975 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service (formerly known as CRB) to check for any previous criminal convictions.
