Learning Support Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a primary school in Camden. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning and development of students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one support for students with SEN, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment, and assisting the class teacher with various tasks.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working with primary-aged students and a good understanding of SEN. You should possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to build effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one support for students with SEN
  • Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Assist the class teacher with various tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with primary-aged students
  • Good understanding of SEN
  • Strong communication skills
