Quantitative Developer HFT

We are seeking a highly skilled quantitative developer to join our team at Queueco. As a quantitative developer, your primary responsibility will be to design and develop high-performance trading software that can handle the demands of high-frequency trading.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain low-latency trading engines and strategy runtimes
  • Design and implement market data distribution platforms using internal binary protocols
  • Develop and maintain exchange API connectivity and robust exchange connectors
  • Implement full automation around deployment and monitoring of a 24/7 trading system
  • Continuously profile and optimize trading system and strategy latency
  • Reverse engineer exchange architectures to improve trading performance

Requirements:

  • Experience writing low-latency Java/C++ applications and architectures, preferably in the HFT industry
  • Ability to optimize application and networking stack performance in on-premise and cloud environments
  • Proficiency in benchmarking, profiling, and tracing full applications on Linux
  • Ability to identify and resolve latency and throughput bottlenecks
  • Excited to learn new skills to solve complex problems (e.g., eBPF, XDP, Intel PT)
