About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Healthcare Consultant to join our team at Christie & Co GmbH. As a key member of our Healthcare Consultancy team, you will be responsible for conducting consultancy assignments throughout the UK, developing client relationships through project work, and promoting our Consultancy, transactional, and valuation services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and take ownership of key consultancy assignment components, including pre-fieldwork and planning, desk and field research, financial analysis, report writing, and assignment completion.
  • Work efficiently and manage multiple projects to a high standard with minimal supervision, juggling timescales, priorities, and project lifecycles.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our Consultancy operating procedures and practices.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing and new clients to forge long-term alliances and repeat business.
  • Assist in the pitch and selling of consultancy services and directly sell and secure consultancy assignments.
  • Coach, motivate, and supervise colleagues allocated to assignments and projects when acting as project lead and other appropriate scenarios.
  • Drive information and knowledge sharing across the Healthcare teams and wider company.
  • Support other teams on assignments as required, namely our Brokerage, Capital Markets, and Valuation teams.

About the Team

Our Healthcare Consultancy team relies on research, data, and commercial knowledge to provide evidence-based insights to clients and colleagues. We have a range of skills from research to data science that complements the nature of our work.

The team is collaborative, innovative, and actively works together on projects.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a professional environment, ideally in the Real Estate or wider Healthcare industries.
  • IT literate with excellent Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong research, analytical, and data management skills.
  • Commercial acumen and responsive to challenge/feedback.
  • Ability to adjust focus and depth of research in accordance with project requirements, timeline, and wider business goals.
