Job Title: Litigation Solicitor - Employers Liability

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join our Employers' Liability department at Law Staff Ltd. As a key member of our litigation team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of pre- and post-issue fast track employers' liability claims. Your primary objective will be to deliver high-quality legal services to our clients while meeting performance targets and contributing to the growth and success of the firm.

Responsibilities:

* Manage a caseload of Employers' Liability (EL) claims from start to finish.
* Conduct thorough legal research and advise clients.
* Prepare legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements.
* Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court when necessary.
* Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
* Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations to maintain your expertise and provide top-notch service to our clients.

Requirements:

* Proven track record of handling litigated cases with a strong focus on advancing cases through litigation.
* Tenacious and results-driven individual with excellent communication skills.
* Experience managing EL fast-track cases, familiarity with the portal, knowledge of Civil Procedure Rules, and trends in litigation are highly desirable.
