Village Hotels - Bristol is seeking a skilled Leisure Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales and Service Professional, you will be responsible for matching potential members with our facilities and services, ensuring a perfect fit for their fitness journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and greet potential new members, showcasing our facilities and services to match their individual needs.
- Use effective selling techniques to advise on additional products and services, supporting members in achieving their fitness goals.
- Form strong relationships with members, leisure, and other departments, promoting a team mentality.
- Work closely with the team to deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding targets and driving business growth.
