About the Role:

To be a successful Christmas Support Team Member, you will:

  • Process stock quickly to the highest standard, such as scanning, unpacking, hanging, size cubing, and putting stock away.
  • Locate, pack, and promptly transfer stock in and out of store.
  • Meet deadlines to deliver to customers at the promised time.
  • Keep operational areas of the store clean, tidy, and organized.
  • Work in all areas of the store as needed, including the sales floors, to offer fast and friendly service.
  • Support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and managers at all times.
  • Take control of your own development.
