About the Role
As a Sales Valuer/Lister, you will be responsible for optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for our Mortgage Advisor and maintaining the highest level of customer service. To succeed in this role, you will need estate agency experience, preferably as a List, Valuer, Instructions Manager, Valuations Manager, or Estate Agent/Sales Negotiator looking to take the next step in their career. You must also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be IT literate, and hold a Full UK driving license.

Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to demonstrate outstanding customer care/customer service experience, be resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented. You should also have a strong understanding of the property market and be able to provide expert advice to clients. Additionally, you should be willing to learn and develop your skills through industry leading training and development programs.

Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, with uncapped commission and competitive benefits package.
